A REVIEW OF EPL

An exception to the usual European qualification system happened in 2005, after Liverpool received the Champions League the year in advance of, but did not finish inside of a Champions League qualification area inside the Premier League. UEFA gave Exclusive dispensation for Liverpool to enter the Champions League, providing England five qualifiers.
